Bill Lomicka - Chairman

Mr. Lomicka is Chairman of Coulter Ridge Capital, graduated from the College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio and earned his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has over four decades of financial management experience with particular expertise in the area of rapidly expanding service companies.
Beginning his career as a Senior Securities Analyst with Guardian Life Insurance Company in 1962, he also served in the financial departments of Welch Grape Juice Company and L. B. Foster Co. In 1970, he became Assistant Treasurer of Ashland Oil, Inc. In 1975, Mr. Lomicka joined Humana, Inc. as Treasurer and subsequently became Senior Vice President-Finance. At Humana he planned, developed and implemented the financial strategies and controls which generated revenue growth from $145 million to $3 billion.
In 1985, Mr. Lomicka joined CW Group, a New York venture capital firm specializing in health care enterprises. Returning to Louisville in 1986, he was involved in a number of entrepreneurial projects and became President of Old South Life Insurance Company. He was appointed Secretary of Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in late 1987 and held that position until late 1988. He then became Acting President of Citizens Security Life Insurance Company until April of 1989 when he formed a private investment firm, Mayfair Capital, of which he was President. In 1999, he founded Coulter Ridge Capital, a private investment firm of which he is Chairman and which is located in Tucson, Arizona. He is also a General Partner of the Yearling Fund which is an early stage venture capital fund located in Louisville, Kentucky. He presently serves on the Board of one Public Company and several private companies. Mr. Lomicka has also served on numerous service boards, is presently on the Board of Heuser Hearing Institute in Louisville, and Chairs the Board of the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, Arizona.
Sean Smith - Chairman
Coalition America, Inc.
Mr. Smith serves as chairman of Coalition America, Inc. which he founded with his brother in 1995. Mr. Smith earned his BBA in finance with honors from the University of Kentucky. He is an active member of The American Association of Preferred Provider Organization board (AAPPO), The Board of Councilors for The Carter Center, The University of Kentucky John Bryan Bowman Fellow, and a life member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association and Sigma Pi Fraternity Alumni Association. He has served as president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO), and a former member of two CEO organizations - YEO and TEC. He is also active in several nonprofit organizations that are making a difference in the community including: Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Carter Center, Kicks for Kids, and the Interfaith Outreach Home.
