Mr. Freedman is CEO and co-founder of IF Technologies, LLC. He is a graduate of Bellarmine College and has a B.A. in Accounting. As a CPA he served clients in the banking, coal, construction and healthcare industries. His full time focus in healthcare began as controller of St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. He was promoted to assistant vice president of the hospital and obtained an MBA from Xavier University.

Mr. Freedman served as CEO for Clark Regional Medical Center, and then has Executive Vice President for Ephraim McDowell Regional Health System. In these roles Mr. Freedman was responsible for improving organizational performance and overseeing market expansion.

In the late nineties, Mr. Freedman merged two radiology practices to form Central Kentucky Radiology (CKR) and assumed the position as Chief Executive. The company has flourished and is recognized as one of the top radiology companies in the region.

The company provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services to hospitals affiliated with national and regional health systems as well as over forty other medical customers. He diversified the company to include owning and operating free standing diagnostic centers.

The centers are joint-ventured with entities that include tax-exempt health systems, national healthcare corporations, and other non-radiology physicians. More recently Mr. Freedman and CKR established and launched a profitable teleradiology company. The company has become affiliated with a west coast radiology organization and is positioned to provide teleradiology services across the country.

Mr. Issac is President and co-founder of IF Technologies, LLC. He holds a BBA in Information Systems and has spent the past 18 years in the healthcare technology field. Early in his career, he worked with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kentucky where he focused on electronic data interchange.

Mr. Issac then served in an executive information systems role with a regional medical center and went on to work as an industry consultant with First Consulting Group located in Long Beach, California.

Mr. Issac then joined Bridge Medical, Inc. where he served as Vice President. Bridge Medical, Inc., a healthcare technology startup located in San Diego, California offering patient safety solutions for medications, specimen collection, and blood transfusion, was regarded as the industry leader in the area of patient safety and received the industry's highest honor from KLAS Enterprises. He then joined Medsphere Systems Corporation, an electronic medical records solution provider based in Orange County, California, as Vice President prior to launching IF Technologies, LLC.

Mr. Issac is a contributing author to the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) publication titled Implementation Guide for the Use of Bar Code Technology in Healthcare and has presented at the HIMSS Annual Conference on the topic of Bar Coding at the Point of Care.
